NEW! April 17, 2008: Ted has been cast as Will in the world premiere of College: The Musical at the Hippodrome Theatre in Gainesville, Florida. The production will be directed by Lauren Caldwell, and begins previews June 4.

March 5, 2008: Ted has been named the
Outstanding Graduate Student of the Year by the
faculty of the School of Theatre and Dance at the
University of Florida. He will receive special
recognition during the College of Fine Arts' Spring
Commencement on May 3.
February 28, 2008: Ted participated in a
discovery reading of Gina Gionfriddo's new play
Becky Shaw for MCC
Theater in New York City.
January 30, 2008: Ted will participate in a
reading for MCC
Theater in New York City on Monday, February 4
at 6:30 p.m.
December 23, 2007: A Christmas Carol,
featuring Ted as the Ghost of Christmas Present,
closed at the Hippodrome Theatre after 34
performances.
December 21, 2007: Ted recorded a voiceover
and filmed a commercial for the Hippodrome Theatre's
January production of The Dead Guy.

November 29, 2007:
A review of
A Christmas Carol was published in
"The Gainesville Sun." Of Ted, critic Arline Greer
says: "Ghost of Christmas Present, cloaked in
crimson and adorned with Christmas wreaths, is
played by Ted Stephens III with ebullient good
humor, notwithstanding the visit he makes with
Scrooge to Bob Cratchit's poverty-stricken home
during Christmas dinner."
November 11, 2007: Ted has closed Night of
the Living Dead, and is currently in rehearsals
for A Christmas Carol.
October 29, 2007: Ted has been cast as the
Ghost of Christmas Present in The Hippodrome State
Theatre's 30th anniversary production of A
Christmas Carol. The production opens November
24.
October 25, 2007: Arline Greer of "The
Gainesville Sun" says of Night of the Living Dead:
"Ted Stephens and Jessica Ires Morris as Tom and
Judy make a funny and romantic couple."

October 18, 2007: Ted has been cast as the
priest in the HBO feature film "Recount," which
chronicles the 2000 presidential election. The movie
stars Kevin Spacey. He shoots
his scene on Monday, October 22. A film release date
is still TBD.
October 17, 2007: Previews have begun for
Night of the Living Dead at the Hippodrome State
Theatre. Ticket information at

August 27, 2007: Ted will serve as a
spokesperson for realityflix.com's website. He will
film the segment September 4 with 352 Media of
Atlanta, Georgia.
August 13, 2007: Ted will serve as a
spokesperson for BuyCast's new website.
August 11, 2007: Ted closed The Complete
Works of William Shakespeare Abridged to a sold
out house. The show ran all summer long, and will
have a revival at month's end in Miami.
July 25, 2007: Ted has been cast in the
Hippodrome State Theatre's stage adaptation of
Night of the Living Dead, opening October 19.
This will also serve as his
project-in-lieu-of-thesis production for the
University of Florida MFA in acting program.
June 20, 2007: Ted has booked a commercial
with Studio 601, where he will be a principal actor
in a TV ad for Cox Communications. The commercial films June 26.
June 7, 2007:
A review about
Shakespeare Abridged appeared in "The
Florida Independent Alligator."
June 1, 2007: Three articles have appeared
about The Complete Works of William Shakespeare
Abridged, featuring Ted. Articles appeared in
the Scene
magazine of "The Gainesville Sun," in the

of "The Gainesville Sun" and in
"The Independent
Florida Alligator."
May 28, 2007: "Silent Dove," an full-length
independent movie by Dupree Productions, premieres
tonight at The Hippodrome State Theatre. The movie
features Ted as Porter.
May 24, 2007: Ted has booked a commercial for
Red Baron Pizza, which will star University of
Florida football and basketball championship coaches
Urban Meyer and Billy Donovan, respectively. The
commercial shoots June 5 in Gainesville.

22, 2007: Ted was featured in the reading of
American Western at the 14th Street Y Theatre in
New York City.
May 9, 2007: Ted has booked an industrial for
the Linux Educational Video Series, which will shoot
on Thursday, May 10 in Jacksonville.

May 8, 2007: Ted has booked a commercial for
Dick's Sporting Goods. The commercial shoots on
May 9 in Jacksonville, Florida.
April 16, 2007: Ted will be taking part in
the staged reading of Neal Utterback's new play of
American Western at The 14th Street Y Theatre
in New York City on Tuesday, May 22 at 8 p.m.
March 29, 2007: Ted has been cast in a
touring production of The Complete Works of
William Shakespeare, Abridged. He will play
various roles in the three-person cast, to be
performed both at the University of Florida and at
various sites around the state throughout the
summer.
February 22, 2007: Ted recorded a radio spot
for The Hippodrome State Theatre's upcoming
production of The Chosen.
